Lankhorst|Mouldings specialise in the development and production of large and/or complex thick walled plastic mouldings. Since we produced the first plastic pole in 1977 using our patented intrusion process, many innovations have come to maturity in our factory in Sneek. As early as 1986 we started the production of heavy-duty sandwich pallets using our low-pressure intrusion process. Ten years on, using this technology we developed the Tegra® manhole, a thick walled sewer inspection shaft, its size being unmatched in Europe. From 1997 we design and produce in compliance with ISO-9001 procedures, while various products have KIWA or TÜV certification. Products which Lankhorst has developed for the Steelindustry are a.o. KLP Rollblocks, KLP Rollcradles, KLP Storageblocks, KLP Sheetcarriers, KLP X-Beam and KLP Slitcoilcarriers. For the Offshoreindustry Lankhorst has developed a.o. Piggy Back Blocks, VIV Strakes, Riserfins and  Anode Tapers. We give advice to and supply customers with our own products in various markets. In continuously innovating surroundings it is vital to have the support of a creactive R&D team. Using modern tools like AutoCAD 2000 and FEA they have all possible means available in order to come up with the best possible solution.
